Welcome to the production process of TecnoSoluciones

If you are here, congratulations! Because that means that you are already part of our TecnoSoluciones family.

Next, we will leave a โ€œstep by stepโ€ of the production process of the Type II Assistance Plans, where we explain our responsibilities and yours, as well as the delivery times and various stages of the process. It is important that you are aware of the path you will travel with us.

NOTE: Type II Plans are only Advanced Plans with Support for TecnoCMS, TecnoCommerce B2C and Specialized.
Step 1: Issuance of the Order.
The customer issues the order through the online store of TecnoSoluciones. Next, proceed to perform the "Payment Process".
Step 2: Payment Process.
The customer can make the payment of his order in Dollars or Colombian Pesos comfortably using:

USD: Zelle, PayPal, Credit or Debit Cards (via Stripe).

COP: Credit or Debit Cards, PSE or Bank Transfers, via PayU or ePayco.
Step 3: Payment Notification.
If you chose the option of Zelle, PayPal and/or Bank Transfers, once completed, you must make the "Payment Notification" by filling out a very simple form through the "Customer Panel".

For the remaining payment methods the notification is automatic.
Step 4: Request for Supplies.
TecnoSoluciones sends the client an email with the Request for Supplies and Access to TecnoCloud so that the client can upload the electronic files of the requested elements to our cloud.

The client will have a maximum of 3 working days to upload the requested supplies to the TecnoSoluciones cloud.

If the client sends the total of the inputs (100%) in the agreed time, it advances to the next step: "Verification of Inputs".

If the client does not send the supplies, they are incomplete or do not respond, they will be sent up to 2 additional Notices, each with 3 business days to respond.

If there is no response, a " Project Suspension Alert" will be issued. You will be given 5 business days to respond, and if you don't, the project will be suspended.
Step 5: Verification of Supplies.
Once the client has delivered the total of the requested supplies (100%), TecnoSoluciones has up to 2 business days to verify them.

The start of the project will occur once all suplies have been verified and are complete. The client must have delivered everything requested including images, content, logo, data, among others.

Additionally, it must clearly state where each material received will be used, since TecnoSoluciones will only be responsible for publishing it where appropriate.
Step 6: Preparation of sketches.
Once all the supplies have been received and accepted, TecnoSoluciones will proceed to prepare the sketches for the layout of the platform, according to the contracted scope and the client's requirements, based on the visual pre-design (template) chosen by the client at the time of creation of the order.

TecnoSoluciones will make the sketches in a maximum of 3 business days.

Once audited internally, they will be sent to the client for review, comment and approval.
Step 7: Approval of Sketches.
Once the client receives the sketches from TecnoSoluciones, he has 2 business days to review it and issue his approval and comments.

The client is entitled to a single review and comments of the sketches. Any subsequent changes or modifications with respect to the sketches already approved, will imply additional costs and will be made when the client has approved the offer corresponding to said changes.

If the client approves the sketches, the Visual Design stage begins.

If the client issues comments to be modified, the corrections that are within the contracted scope will be made. These comments must be made in a single email, so as not to fragment the information and accepted as the only revision included in the scope.

If the client does not approve or respond, up to 2 additional notices will be sent requesting review and comments, each with 2 business days to respond.

If there is no response, the " Project Suspension Alert" will be issued. You will be given 2 business days to respond and if you do not, the project is suspended.

If the client does not approve or respond, up to 2 additional notices will be sent requesting review and comments, each with 2 business days to respond.

If there is no response, the " Project Suspension Alert" will be issued. You will be given 2 business days to respond and if you do not, the project is suspended.
Step 10: Platform Configuration.

Once audited internally, the link is sent to the client for review, comment and approval.
Step 11: Final delivery for customer approval.
Once the delivery time is over, TecnoSoluciones will send the client the access link to the platform for review and final approval.

The client has up to 2 working days for the review and approval of the platform. In turn, you are entitled to a single review and comments. Any subsequent changes or modifications will involve additional costs, so a complementary offer will be issued and will only be executed when said offer is approved and the original scope has been 100% terminado and paid.

Step 13: Training workshop.
The " Training Workshop" is held after the platform has been completed and approved. Its execution date will be coordinated with the client and should not be greater than 2 weeks after completing the platform.

The workshop will have a maximum duration of 4 hours, which will be coordinated between TecnoSoluciones and the client, according to the availability of time of both parties.

Certificates of attendance, links to the training video will be sent to the customer by email and additionally they will have access to the User Manual through the Customer Panel in our Online Store.

Once the project has been approved, 100% payment has been received and the accesses have been issued, the client will be formally requested to authorize the removal of said curtain, so that the platform can be seen by the general public.

If the client authorizes the removal of the curtain, TecnoSoluciones will proceed to remove it, within 24 hours.
Step 15: Open the platform to the public.
